The testo 330i: heating engineering set in detail
testo 330i flue gas analyzer, TÜV-tested according to 1st German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV) and EN 50379, Parts 1 to 3:
- For official acceptance test measurements: the H2-compensated CO sensor means you can also carry out official acceptance test measurements with this version of the testo 330i (CO sensor is H2-compensated up to 30,000 ppm)
- Smart handling: operation of the analyzer and the display and documentation of readings are implemented wirelessly via the testo 330i App on your smartphone. The flue gas analyzer is really easy to control remotely via Bluetooth, from a distance of up to 5 metres. Once you have finished the measurement, you can add comments or photos to the measurement protocol and send it to your customer or the office via e-mail (requirements: iOS 7.1 / Android 4.3 or later. Mobile terminal device with Bluetooth 4.0)
- Long-life sensors with a service life of up to 6 years that can be replaced by users. This saves at least one sensor replacement over the instrument's normal operating life
- Integrated draught and gas zeroing without removing the probe – the probe can remain in the flue during zeroing
- Fresh air dilution when a CO threshold value is exceeded up to 30,000 ppm
- Built-in magnets enable the flue gas analyzer to be attached to the burner/boiler quickly
- 4-year warranty without maintenance contract on the instrument and O2 and CO sensor
- On the TÜV-tested modular flue gas probe with 300 mm long probe shaft, the flue gas path and temperature channel can easily be connected to the measuring instrument via a practical bayonet lock
- The probe shaft is really easy to replace, thanks to the quick-change click system on the handle
- The thermocouple NiCr-Ni, which is integrated in the probe shaft, enables temperature measurement up to 500°C
- The combustion air temperature probe can be positioned flexibly, as it has a probe shaft length of 190 mm and a cable length of 2.2 m
