We also offer the platform and associated services exclusively to companies. By providing your business email address and company name, it is clear that you are the right contact for us. Using the telephone number, we can contact you directly and answer initial questions immediately and therefore more effectively.

Free warranty extension for selected measuring devices:
To process a free extended warranty, successful product registration is required. For this purpose, consent to receive application-specific information from Testo is mandatory. The consent to receive application-specific information from Testo must not have been revoked at the time of claiming the free warranty extension. Otherwise there is no entitlement to a free warranty extension.
For the possible processing of a free extended warranty, anonymized data will be made available to our Testo Customer Service in the product registration country and to warranty executing partners in the product registration country. They serve to check the claim for a free extended guarantee. The data transmitted is limited to:

Your data will be deleted after the extended guarantee expires or after you revoke your consent.
Please note that product registrations for the purpose of free warranty extension may take place a maximum of 30 days after purchasing the product. Our Testo Customer Services in the product registration country or warranty executing partners in the product registration country are obliged to check the claim for a free warranty extension before the warranty is fulfilled. The registration date of the submitted device may be a maximum of 30 days after the purchase date of the device. To do this, you must provide proof of purchase that clearly shows the date of purchase, as well as the registration confirmation email that will be sent after product registration has been completed. Furthermore, our Testo Customer Services in the product registration country or warranty executing partners in the product registration country check whether the consent to receive application-specific information from Testo to the email address provided during product registration has been revoked. A revocation is possible at any time by email, by post or via the unsubscribe link in every email. In the event of a revocation, however, there is no entitlement to a free warranty extension.
