Flue Gas & Emissions Instruments for Industry
Industrial flue gas analysis demands reliable instruments that perform in extreme conditions like high temperatures, humidity, and dust. Emissions monitoring is crucial in energy-intensive processes, where pollutants like CO, CO₂, NOₓ, and SO₂ are released. Accurate measurement ensures compliance, optimizes efficiency, and minimizes environmental impact.
Testo’s flue gas analyzers are designed to withstand the toughest industrial conditions, offering a range of exhaust gas probes, advanced sensors, and specialized features such as automatic dilution and Peltier gas preparation. These innovations ensure precise measurements, even in high-temperature, high-dust environments.
✅ Comprehensive Gas Analysis – Measure key emissions parameters including O₂, CO, NO, NO₂, SO₂, CO₂, and H₂S.
✅ Versatile Probe Selection – A wide range of probes tailored for various industrial applications.
✅ Easy Maintenance – Quick access to sensors and wear parts for minimal downtime.
✅ Seamless Data Management – Effortlessly track, analyze, and report emissions data with Testo software.
Maximise boiler efficiency and regulatory compliance with precise emissions measurement. Utilising an emissions analyser is vital for water tube, shell, thermal oxidizers, and marine boiler systems, especially given the need for combustion technology updates to meet stricter NOx standards. Accurate emissions data, gathered during commissioning, maintenance, and official testing, allows for optimised burner settings, ensuring adherence to legal limits and improving overall system cost-effectiveness.

Precise sensors and intuitive operation – robustly packaged.
The testo 350 exhaust gas analyzer impresses with its ease of maintenance and is ideal for use in demanding environments. It consists of a removable control unit – the operating and display unit of the testo 350 – and a robust analysis box. The pre-calibrated gas sensors can be changed or expanded directly on site without test gas calibration, so that measurements can continue immediately after a sensor change. If the filter material is used up, only the filter needs to be changed without replacing the entire sensor. The condensate container can be easily removed and emptied. Thanks to the service cover on the underside of the device, all relevant wearing parts, such as filters and pumps, are easily accessible and can be cleaned or replaced by the user themselves.
Control Unit
Controls the analysis box, guides the user safely through the measurement and displays the measured values.
Analysis box
With shock-protected sensors, pumps, evaluation and storage electronics
Graphic color display with application-specific menu navigation
Guides you through the measurement and provides information about the device status. Information is provided in plain text and the current status of the exhaust gas analyzer is always displayed.
Industrial grade connections
Through robust mechanical plug connections.
Automatically monitored condensate trap
Reports when the condensate container needs to be emptied and automatically stops the measuring gas pump to protect the sensors from condensate.
Dirt Filter
Are easily accessible and can be changed without tools.
Thermally decoupled sensor chamber
Reduces sensor drifts due to thermal influences, increases the reliability of the measuring device and the measurement results.
External cooling circuit
Isolates the device electronics and sensors from the ambient air. The interior of the device is cooled by a heat exchanger and does not come into contact with contaminated ambient air.
Easily accessible service openings
Allow easy access to all relevant service and wear parts such as pumps and filters, which can then be quickly cleaned or replaced on site.
Easy replacement of gas sensors
Can be carried out directly on site without test gas calibration.
The analysis box can be equipped with up to six gas sensors. Five of these gas sensors are optionally available, so you can freely choose between sensors for CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, CxHy or CO2.
Filter
When the filter material is used up, only the filter needs to be replaced, not the entire sensor. This can easily be done by the user themselves.
Exhaust gas analysis with Testo: professional and reliable.
An exhaust gas analysis with professional exhaust gas analysis devices from Testo helps to make combustion processes more efficient, optimize thermal processes and, above all, reduce emissions.
Protecting the atmosphere by keeping pollution as low as possible
Using energy as efficiently as possible
Complying with the prescribed amounts of pollutants per exhaust gas volume and energy loss

Thanks to its high level of accuracy and reliability, the testo 350 has established itself as the ideal measuring device for us. It ensures that our engines run lean and, above all, very gently on materials. I personally think it's great that the testo 350 gives you an overview of the sensors. I can use a traffic light system to see how the measuring cells are wearing out. This leaves us with enough reaction time to have the device calibrated in-house or to replace the measuring cells.

In my opinion, the testo 350 is the ideal exhaust gas analyzer for the maintenance of marine diesel engines. It is compact and easy to transport, yet still delivers stable measurement values that are accepted by the classification societies. And all at a very good price-performance ratio.
