    Employment Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

    The Role & Responsibilities:

    • As an Industrial Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important industrial customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the industrial sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

      Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key industrial customers.

    • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

    • Understand customer requirements and proactively seek solutions to enhance their satisfaction.

      Sales and Revenue Generation

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned key accounts.

    • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

      Market Analysis and Industry Knowledge

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

    • Conduct regular market analysis and provide feedback to internal teams for product development and improvement.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    • Work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of new products or features.

      Forecasting and Reporting

    • Prepare regular reports on key account status, sales activities, and market trends.

    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall sales planning process.

      Issue Resolution

    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and effective manner.

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
