Thermal Product Reviewer: Terms and Conditions

Valid between: 3rd March 2025 - 3rd April 2025

1. Promotion Overview

By signing up for this promotion, participants have the opportunity to become a product reviewer for Testo UK. Selected participant will receive our new thermal imaging camera for FREE in exchange for a product review.

2. Eligibility

• Must be an end-user (not a reseller or distributor).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be a resident of the United Kingdom.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Selection Details

• Selection of participant is at the sole discretion of Testo UK.

• The selection will take place on 03/04/2025.

• If a selected participant does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Testo UK reserves the right to select an alternative participant.

4. Conditions of Participation

• Selected participants agree to provide an honest and detailed review of the product.

• The review must include, but is not limited to, written feedback, photos, and/or videos.

• The review must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Participants grant Testo UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the review for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. Liability

• Testo UK is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the product.

• Testo UK does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.

6. Registration

• Eligible customers will be contacted with instructions on how to receive the product.

• Failure to complete the registration process by the specified deadline will result in disqualification from the promotion.

7. General Conditions

• Testo UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
