Ideal for tight spaces like recesses and bore holes, this probe integrates seamlessly with the testo 635 to calculate and display material moisture across a wide range of materials.
    The Slim Humidity Probe is a specialized tool designed for measuring material moisture using the equilibrium moisture content method. With its slim design (4 mm diameter) and remote electronics, this probe can easily reach tight or confined spaces like bore holes or recesses, making it ideal for applications in construction, building inspection, and quality control.

    When measuring material moisture, the probe is inserted into a small bore hole in the material, with a PTFE cap protecting it from contamination during the measurement process. The hole can easily be sealed with adhesive modelling clay after measurement.

    When connected to the testo 635 temperature and humidity measuring instrument, the probe automatically calculates the material moisture based on the measured equilibrium moisture content. The calculated moisture can then be displayed on the testo 635 screen, and this method is applicable for a wide range of materials, including: Concrete, high-insulation brick, solid brick, hard wood, soft wood, aerated concrete, particle board, calcium sulphate flowing screed, cement flowing screed and lime sand brick.

    This easy-to-use probe ensures accurate and efficient moisture measurements, even in hard-to-reach locations, making it an invaluable tool for professionals in the construction and building maintenance industries.
